From inside the extension
Open the gear in the mic or sparkle strip and tap Feedback. It sends your note straight to us, with the extension version attached so we can reproduce it.
Common fixes
- No glyphs in a text box — reload the tab once after installing or updating. Sleekio also stays off on sites you turned it off on (gear → "Turned off on").
- Microphone blocked — the mic glyph shows a slash; click it and Chrome's site-details page opens where you can allow the microphone.
- Signed out after an update — tap the mic or sparkle, choose Sign in, finish on sleekio.io; the extension connects by itself.
- Google Docs or Word Online — use the fixed dock in the bottom-right corner; select the text you want polished first.
Account and billing
Your plan, usage, and account deletion live on the dashboard. Billing questions: email us with the address on your receipt.
